Generating enquiries
Charles Taylor were about to relaunch their leading bordereaux management product, Tide.
But they couldn’t do so without first creating a new product explainer to strengthen the value proposition with current customers, and to speak to new ones outside of the Lloyd's market.
Drawing from a large range of messaging materials, we distilled the core features and developed a script that would allow for a concise overview of the platform and the technical processes behind it.
The challenge was to develop a branded look for the platform that would aid rather than inhibit visual comprehension.
We delivered a product explainer that seamlessly incorporated these brand elements, leading to a host of new enquiries for the product. As a result of the success, regional marketing managers expressed interest in creating similar videos for a global use-case.
One aspect that truly impresses me is FS’s ability to quickly grasp complex technical product information. The storyboard was so well-executed that minimal changes were required. I received positive feedback from senior and global stakeholders, who praised the video for its modern, informative, and enjoyable nature.
